"H"appiness has landed! You asked and we listened. "H" bark can now ship nationwide!
"H" bark requires USPS Express Mail (next day guaranteed) or USPS Priority (2-3 day) shipping because we use fresh ingredients and do not use any preservatives. Everything is carefully packaged on ice so it arrives as fresh as possible. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
Express Mail Shipping (next day guaranteed)
Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight of the order (h bark, ice and shipping materials) and distance traveled. You can contact us to obtain an estimate of shipping charges for overnight shipping.
Orders ship Monday -Thursday and must be placed before noon (pacific) for next day shipment. Because we do not ship on Fridays, orders placed Thursday -Sunday will ship out on Monday.
Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 day)
- 1-2 bags of "H" bark - $13.50
- 3 bags of "H" bark - $17.50
Orders ship Monday - Wednesday and must be placed before noon (pacific) for next day shipment. Because we do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays, orders placed Wednesday - Sunday will ship out on Monday.
Shipping is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
Delivery Addresses
Shipments must be to United States physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery. We ask for a phone number for each shipping address in case there is a problem delivering the order.
If the address information that is provided is not valid, USPS may be unable to deliver your package and we will not refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges.
Hours
Deliveries are typically made during the hours of 9am - 3 pm. When choosing a delivery address, please choose an address where someone will be able to receive the package during those hours.
Delivery Attempts
We ship our packages via USPS Express Mail. USPS will reasonably attempt to deliver the package based on the shipping address information provided to them. The package may be left at the delivery address if no one is there to receive it unless it is determined that it is unsafe to leave the product. The best way to avoid this is to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.If an attempted delivery notice is left at the door and the shipment is rescheduled for delivery another day, we will not be responsible for re-shipping the product or shipping charges related to sending the package to a new address. It is your responsibility to: 1) contact USPS directly if you would like to pick up the product or arrange for a new delivery addresss; or 2) make sure someone is available to receive the package the next delivery day.

Shipping Delays Disclaimer
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks. Shipped refunds may not be given if an incorrect delivery address was provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
Nut Allergen Alert
We do use peanuts and other nuts (including walnuts, almonds and pecans) in some of our recipes. Although we do not include nuts in every recipe, there is a possibility that any of our products could contain trace amounts of nut oils. Therefore, individuals with allergies to nuts should take the necessary precautions
